What do I do to make payment for a CraftsGallery purchase?


Currently, we have following payment methods available:-

Is online payment using credit /debit Card secure?


We are committed to provide our customers with a safe and secure environment to make their payment. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private with us. In the process of making payment, you are automatically redirected to the acquiring bank's payment gateway website, where all required transaction details (i.e. credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV etc.) are captured on the secured payment page, and encrypted, and then are securely transmitted to your Card Issuing bank for obtaining an authorization decision.




How much do I have to pay for the shipping?


We will ship your order free of cost if your order value is more than

Rs. 250/-. Otherwise an optimal cost will be charged.


In how many days do I except my delivery?


As all our products are handmade by craftsmen from different parts of India, we will take 10-15 days to deliver your order, though we will try our best to deliver your order before the committed date.


How Can I track my Shipment?


With every order, Craftsgallery support team will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Order & Shipping status will also be updated in Track Your Order.


How will my order delivery be done?


To make sure that delivery is done properly and on time, we process all orders through reputed couriers.


Do I pay what I see or are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?


There are absolutely no extra taxes or hidden costs except octroi if applicable. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.


 Cancellations & Returns


What do I do if I have received a damaged or wrong item against my order?


In case of any of the above mentioned problem, please notify us via Contact Us Page within 24 hrs from the date of delivery and send the damaged item back to us. We will replace it without any extra cost. 


What if I want to cancel an order on


We can only consider you request for canceling your order, if your product has not been shipped and we will refund the entire amount.
